Housing

Living expenses in Waco, Texas, are very favorable when compared to almost any geographic location in the country. Living expenses in Boston, MA, for example, are 55% more compared with living expenses in Waco. Living expenses in Philadelphia are 43% more compared with living expenses in Waco. Even in Texas, living expenses in Dallas and Austin are 22% and 11% higher, respectively, compared with living expenses in Waco.

Baylor operates two apartment facilities reserved for graduate students: Browning Square and the Quadrangle Apartments. Find more information at Off-Campus Student Housing.
