Research Interests
My research centers on the intersections of recent U.S. political, religious, economic, and sports history. I'm particularly interested in the creation of the neoliberal consensus in the 1970s-1990s and the role that Christian athletes-turned-politicians like Bill Bradley and Jack Kemp had in creating it. I'm also interested in neoliberalism's lasting effects and consequences for American society.
